ORDERING: It’s easy to order through the site, and payment may be made with a credit card or PayPal. Once the order is placed the item(s) are locked in for you, even though they will still appear on the site until we remove them. Thus, if you click on an item in the catalog and it won’t go into the shopping cart, it means it’s sold out. We have to delete sold out items manually, but we do it frequently, so most items shown are in stock. Check the listings often, as additional kits are added on a regular basis. (Sorry, money orders/checks are no longer accepted. All orders must be placed through the site.)
US SHIPPING: Most orders are shipped within a day or two, although at busy times it may be longer. US orders will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail except large packages to more distant states which will be shipped by Standard Mail (with tracking number) or UPS.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Most orders are shipped within a day or two, although at busy times it may be longer. All international orders will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail so that they are trackable and to ensure that you will receive them safely and in a timely manner. (Sorry, no other methods are available.) You should receive international orders within 2 or 3 weeks after they’re shipped. We are not responsible for customs fees that your country may charge. NOTE: We must declare full value on all foreign shipments, as it is illegal and unethical to do otherwise.
We want you to be thrilled with the models you receive, so we put a lot of time and effort into making sure all items are accurately described and shown. We also pack orders carefully in sturdy boxes to ensure that you will receive them safely. If you have any concerns with the items you receive, please contact us at spotlighthobbies@aol.com within 7 days and we will do all we can to resolve the concern. Unauthorized returns are not accepted. NOTE: Factory sealed kits obviously cannot be guaranteed.
